PDPL Clarification Text
Information regarding the protection of your personal data.
1. Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"), your personal data may be processed by İnnovasis Enerji Elektronik Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Company" or "Innovasis") as the data controller within the scope described below.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data; conducting the necessary operational activities by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Company, customizing the products and services offered according to your tastes, usage habits, and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and those in a business relationship with our Company, and determining and implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies.
3. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL.
4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels and based on different legal reasons to carry out our commercial activities. It can be processed and transferred based on the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Rights of the Personal Data Owner
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the PDPL to our Company, our Company will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest depending on the nature of the request.
