Innovasis developed uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems for the Tsing Ma Bridge Control Center in Hong Kong:
- 30 kW with 8-hour backup
- 30 kW with 30-minute backup
- 20 kW with 45-minute backup
- 40 kW with 30-minute backup
The Tsing Ma Control Area encompasses the Lantau Link and associated roadways in Hong Kong. The area spans a 17-kilometer road network covering Tsing Yi Island, Ma Wan, Lantau Island, and Kwai Chung.
The significance of this project lies in the fact that the UPS units communicate with fully automated systems covering the Hong Kong islands to provide power for critical applications around the clock. The installation—which incorporates battery monitoring systems, fully isolated emergency shutdown systems, and remote monitoring alongside the UPS units—is a project of international prestige.
